General Rules

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to register and present a government-issued photo ID at check-in. A valid credit card is required upon arrival; $75 minimum authorization will be processed. Reservations not cancelled by 4 p.m. 7 days before the day of arrival are subject to one night’s room and resort fee charge.

We will make every attempt to accommodate special requests. However, because circumstances beyond our control occasionally arise, we reserve the right to provide the closest possible alternative without advance notice. Rates may vary should you change dates of stay or type; all rates are based on availability.

We do accept cash but only at the time of check out. Our current policy is that you must provide a credit or debit card at the time of check in which will be authorized for the amount of your stay. Then, if you choose to change the payment type, either to cash or a different card, you may do so at check out.

Guaranteed early check-in is not available, however, you can check in as early as 2 pm, if the is cabin available. If the hotel is unable to accommodate this request, the front desk can hold your luggage for you.

Resort Fee

5% Resort Fee added to all rates.

Our Pet Policy

We welcome 1 pet per Cabin, Cottage or Lake House (at management discretion, one additional pet is permitted). Each pet must be no larger than 80 pounds (Service and Emotional Support animals excluded from weight guidelines).

Lake Okoboji Lodging

There is a $50 refundable deposit due at the time of check in. Service and Emotional Support animals excluded from deposit, must provide documentation to waive fee

There is a $25.00 pet fee per dog, excluding an ADA compliant Service Dog, per night which will appear as a separate charge on your receipt.

At check-in, guests MUST declare your pet.

If a pet(s) causes damage to the Property, the Property manager is permitted to charge the guest for the damage caused by the pet.

Guests may not leave a pet unattended in a cabin.

Should an emergency arise, and a pet(s) is/are left unattended in, the guest must contact the front desk to notify Property staff that the pet will be left alone. A guest must provide all contact information in the even the Property needs to be in contact. If a pet(s) is disturbing other guests/staff or causing damage, then it/they cannot be left alone and must remain in the guest’s control.

If outside, pet(s) must be on a leash at all times or in a carrier.

No pets are allowed in any dinette or restaurant space, or wherever else food may be prepared, stored, or served. No pets are allowed in any fitness center, pool area, or laundry facility.

Property staff will not clean while a pet(s) is present. Guest should make arrangements with Property staff to schedule times for cabin cleaning while the pet(s) is/are not in the cabin.

Guests are required to clean up after their pet(s) (inside or outside) and keep the pet(s) within their control at all times.

If a pet(s) is deemed dangerous, harmful, or disruptive, management has sole discretion to request that the guest remove the pet(s) or to request that the guest find other accommodations. The Property staff may also contact animal control to have a pet(s) removed.

Deposits

Reservations will require a one night’s stay plus resort fee at the time the reservation is made to hold your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel, please do so 1 week prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Should you cancel or modify your reservation after 4 pm, 1 week prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit with remaining nights cancelled. Please cancel reservations by calling Call 1-800-WINUBET or (701) 766-4888.

Looking to book a nice getaway? Come stay in one our cozy cabins available year round! Plenty of space for whatever you need a vacation from with a beautiful view of the lake.

Our cabins have 2 bedrooms with a loft area and will sleep 4 – 8 people comfortably. On the main floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs you will find a loft area with a full view of the main floor. Each cabin is equipped with a 40’’ in TV in the living room area.

The bed layout is as follows for the cabins:

Cabins 1, 5 & 6 have 1 full bed in one room, 2 twins in the other room & 4 twins in the loft.

Cabins 2, 3 & 4 have 1 queen bed in one room, 1 full bed in the other room & 4 twins in the loft.

Cabin units are equipped with: Full bathroom w/ shower; exception is the handicap cabin which is equipped with a roll in shower; kitchen with stove, oven, sink, and refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, fire rings, and picnic tables.

All bedding, linen and towels are provided. Full use of the pool, fitness center and steam room are included with cabin reservations.

Roll away beds not permitted

There is private parking for the cabins however the space is limited. No RVs or tents are allowed down at the cabins. Boats slips are available to rent through the marina with parking for your trailers.

There are outlets across the resort. You will be able to plug your boat in but we recommend bringing your own extension cord.

Cottages

Enjoy a vacation away in one of our quaint cottages! Has what you want for a retreat away from the day to day. Perfect for a couples vacation or just a small group to come and enjoy a day on the lake. Whatever it may be you can bet these cottages are great for a getaway vacation or staycation!

Cottages are equipped with: Full bathroom w/ shower, kitchen with stove, oven, sink, and refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Each cottage is equipped with a 65” TV for your viewing pleasure.

The bed layout is as follows for the cottages:

Cottage 9 will sleep 2 – 4 people comfortably. This cottage is located below cottage 10. There is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a room with one queen bed while the other room has a full bed and a patio door leading out to the deck.

Cottage 10 will sleep 2 – 6 people comfortably. This cottage is located above cottage 9. There is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is a room with one queen bed while the other 2 bedrooms have a full bed each. This cottage is the perfect getaway for hunters & fishers alike as it has a single stall garage with an automatic door opener complete with a deep double sink and wood work bench for your needs.

All bedding, linen and towels are provided. Full use of the pool, fitness center and steam room are included with the cottage reservations.

Lake House

Come and enjoy your family vacation in our spacious Lake house! There is plenty of room to have a family reunion or just get a group of friends together to getaway and relax on the lake. Whatever the reason may be you won’t be disappointed of the exquisite view or space the Lake house provides!!

Lake Okoboji Casinos

Rates based on maximum occupancy; should you have additional people there will be a $10 fee per night per person, applicable to adults over 18 years of age, increment reflected on your final price.

Our Lake house will sleep 2 – 10 people comfortably. There is a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and 1 bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed. On the lowest floor there is a family room, rec room complete with a pool table, bathroom with a walk in shower and 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is a 55’’ TVs in each living room area with satellite.

All bedding, linen and towels are provided. Full use of the pool, fitness center and steam room are included with the Lake house reservations.
